Your whole turtle diagram (including the unknowns) is bundled into a prompt. Paste it into any AI chat — it will ask you ~4–5 questions about the process, then return JSON you import back here.
A turtle diagram is a one-page picture of a single process. Your process sits in the middle, surrounded by 8 groups that describe everything around it — plus an Unknowns pile for anything you're unsure about.
Type a name at the top, then add items to each group (press Enter or click Add). Here's what each group means:
Not sure where something belongs? Drop it in the amber Unknowns box at the bottom. You can move any item to another group anytime with the small ↪ move dropdown on it.
Click ✨ Categorize Unknowns with AI. Copy the ready-made prompt into ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude — it asks a few simple questions (in your language), then hands back an answer you load straight back here.
💡 New here? Click Load Example to see a finished diagram. Your work auto-saves in this browser. Use Export / Import JSON to back up or share, and Print / PDF for a clean copy.
Paste a turtle-diagram JSON (from Export, or from an AI), or pick a file. Categorized items are merged in; your existing unknowns are kept, and anything that's now categorized leaves the Unknowns bucket. Tick Replace everything to overwrite instead.
